Policies

At Azula by Ana K, we are a collective of independent artists that manage their own schedules, pricing, and policies. While we provide a collaborative and empowering space, each stylist has their own booking policies. Please check your stylist’s booking sit for their specific terms.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total.

    Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to book again.

    No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 50-100% of the service total.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

  • Clients who no-show without notice may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact your stylist within 72 hours so they can make necessary adjustments.

  • All bookings must be made through our stylists’ direct booking links
